The Juice is Worth the Squeeze
Alongside local growers and packhouses, our team is putting the squeeze on “business as usual.”
Located in Fowler, California, Sierra Agra USA is a diversified fruit and vegetable processing facility that transforms the unseen harvest. Our Fowler facility provides unparalleled access—strategically located to offer the shortest logistical transport solutions to move products as quickly as possible. Nearby produce pack houses, as well as industrial and commercial areas, maximize product development and distribution.
A Complex Challenge
Let’s face it: food loss is an ongoing problem—and it’s bigger than you might think. In the Central Valley, roughly one million pounds of raw material—deemed to be “imperfect produce”—are lost every day. These grade-outs, grade-offs, and culls never reach the consumer; stopping farmers, pack houses, and retailers from making the most out of their resources.
A State-of-the-Art Solution
Unlike other facilities, we run different types of produce on the same line in sequence—making the extraction process easier than ever before. By producing juice, concentrates, purées, oils, and water phase aromas, our team adds much-needed freshness to the domestic and international market.
Our benefits go beyond new products. We fight food loss and supply sustainable jobs—ensuring both environmental and social change. Our equipment provides unmatched flexibility, offering additional value for all downstream stakeholders so that all of us stay ahead of the curve.
We’re not backing down. By creating a bold new channel for the industry—with groundbreaking technology brand new to the US—we turn overlooked produce into opportunity.
Consistency without Compromise
We have the unmatched ability to meet demand 365 days a year, three shifts per day. Our lines run 24/7, processing countless commodities with unrivaled efficiency.
We work in harmony with the seasons, avoiding the pitfalls of single-harvest cycles and annual dormancy to meet ever-evolving demands—so we can always deliver right on time.
